Orders & Payment
All orders are processed in USD. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. If a payment fails, your order won't be processed and no charge will appear on your account.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — and if it's still not there, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Shipping
Free shipping on every order, no minimum. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on your location in the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.
Returns & Exchanges
Return window: 30 days from delivery.
What qualifies:

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-returnable items (hygiene reasons):

Sleep masks (silk, heated, weighted, Bluetooth) — once opened

Mouth tape and nasal dilators — once opened

Chin support straps — once opened

Any product that touches your face or body during sleep — once opened
Unopened and sealed versions of these items can still be returned.
Damaged or defective products: We'll replace them for free — no return required. Just send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return:

Exchanges: We don't do direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for what you want — it's faster.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable product costs. Prices may change without notice. If you purchased a product and the price drops within 7 days, contact us — we'll refund the difference. That's just being fair.
Sale prices and promotional discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Product Accuracy
We do our best to ensure every product page accurately reflects the item — description, features, specifications, and images. Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings. If you receive a product that doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right.
Inventory & Availability
If you order something that turns out to be out of stock, we'll notify you within 24 hours and offer a full refund or a replacement of equal or greater value. We don't oversell — if it's on the store, it's available.
Order Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible. Once your order is in the warehouse, it's too late to cancel — but you can still return it under our 30-day policy.
Privacy & Data
We collect only the information needed to process your order — name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We don't sell your data. We don't send spam. You may receive order updates and occasional product news, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment information is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your full card details.
Reviews & Testimonials
We don't fake reviews. Ever. Customer reviews on our site are submitted by verified purchasers. If you've had a bad experience, we'd rather hear about it directly so we can fix it than have you vent in a review — but either way, your honest feedback helps us improve.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our store evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Anorvian store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
